You're on auto-pilot, baby... the shots look great. Just keep shooting. I trust your shooting at a faster speed for the concert photos?...Without seeing more photos, I'd say play with the zoom and maybe play with composition more. Photo geeks will tell you there are rules, but they're wrong.
I.J.R. looks great: perfect composition, Vermeer-esque soft light, super cute expression... could the focus be sharper?
