A couple years ago while living in Cali, I came across this stunning Sony commercial. It was this moment that I was introduced to Jose Gonzalez. I really didn't follow up and buy any of his albums, but now I'm getting the chance to catch up by checking out his concert at the Fox next Friday.
From my listens so far, it seems like mellow acoustic indie music in the vein of kings of convenience. He recently won a Swedish grammy, but is a native of Argentina.
