I assume that you all are familiar with the Chicago Dog, as the Magic Dog is highly influenced by this amazing creation. I've had Chicago Dogs over the years of visiting Chicago, from Swank Frank's, to Clark St Dogs, to Wiener Circle... and I must say that the Char Dog at Wiener Circle seems to be the pinnacle of the Chicago Dog style. It's quite incredible. G and I doubled up on these for lunch.
You'll notice the poppy seed bun, crispy dual pickle spears, the blackened dog, sport peppers, the tomatoes, celery salt, the mustard, with the relish underneath.
Don't order the chocolate shake though, it's way too overpowering.
